  • breakfast: peanut butter rspberry pancake w/ papaya preserves
    lunch: tortilla soup
    snack: nectarine, 2 bagel chips
  • breakfast: blt w/ regular cream cheese in place of mayonnaise, on hollowed multigrain bagel
    lunch: bowl of tortilla soup, 2 small scoops of frozen yogurt w/ papaya preserves
    snack:1/2 a raspberry peanut butter pancake w/ papaye preserves
    dinner: sandwich on nut bread w/ spinach, tomato, ham, chicken, smoked gouda, dijon mustard, some cucumber, and a piece of celery
    dessert: 3 small scoops of frozen yourt w/ blackberry preserves

  • breakfast: hollowed sourdough bgel w/ 2.5 strips of bacon, scallion cream cheese, lettuce, tomato and green onions, 8 oz orange juice
    lunch: hollowed sundried tomato bagel w/ scallion cream cheese, roast beef, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, mustard. 4 oz tomato bleu cheee soup, pickle spear
  • breakfast: small blondie, 2 peanut butter banana pancakes w/ papaya preserves
    lunch: canarse on pate a choux shell, pickle spear
    snacks: a piece of smoked salmon, a slice of smoked gouda, granola bar
    dinner:whole whet pasta w/ greek yogurt sauce, and smoked salmon
    dessert: kahlua raisin icecream

  • breakfast:sandwich on mutligrain bread w/ peanutbutter and papaya preserves, chocolate milk
    lunch: uptown turkey on hollowed rye bagel w/ pickle, and a small oatmeal raisin cookie
    snack: chocolate milk
    dinner sanwhich w/ chicken, salami, smoked gouda and mustard, plum, 8 oz orange juice
    dessert: caramel corn
